This is the second PSC I've purchased (somehow I lost the first one!). I have tried everything (physical therapy, expensive orthotics, wearing only sneakers) to give me relief in my foot and arch which has near constant pain from sports injuries. I LOVE the PSC. I was skeptical at first as to how a peice of material could help that much, but I am amazed!! I can even wear it with flip-flops (shh, don't tell my podiatrist) and get enough support!!
