Great additional support for my planter fascia problem...allows me to cheat a little when I need to wear dress shoes but cannot fit my arch supports into them. Would not go without if I know I will be walking more than usual. Stays on with no problem because of type of material. Would most definitely recommend. As a future thought, you might include an extra velcro strip in package...I am constantly looking to make sure I know where it is!!!
