I was realy surprised to find that the prattstrap works! I get ITB if I run more than about 8kms. This has made training for events like the 14km city 2 surf near imposible because as soon as I lift my training intensity the knee flares up and I have to rest for a week. I purchased the prattstrap after yet another flare up about 1 month ago and have not experienced a problem since even after running the city 2 surf. If you have ITB I'd definitely give the strap a try.
