Was having ITBS after over train for half marathon in April. Ever since any run more than 2 miles the side of my left knee will hurt.

Bought the Pattstrap after reading all the reviews. Initially tried on 3 mile run and later 4.5 miles run, so far no pain.

I strap it really tight above my knee and the 2nd one below the knee. Glad to have found this brilliant strap.
