I've struggled with ITBS for three years now. After a particularly painful flare-up, I searched for alternative methods to recovery, and I found this site. When I first began using the PattStrap, I wore it all the time. Now I use it only when doing my physical therapy or going on long walks. I'm still recovering (if anyone has issues, ask your PT to check out your hips and lumbar spine alignment), but the Patt Strap was key for aiding my recovery. NOTE: be careful how you wash it--it will lose its elasticity.
