I've been experiencing ITBS in my left knee for about the last year while mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking and walking up stairs. I recently began using the PattStrap. So far in combination with stretching, it's relieved about 85 -90% of my pain. I'm still waiting to put it to the test while snowboarding. Sometimes the strap can slip on my knee, but that's only a mild inconvenience. Thanks!
