It seems to be utterly useless. The band becomes laden with sweat as I run, falling down my leg. Tightening it up does not help; you can't make it tight enough. Even during the amount of time it stays in place, it doesn't seem to put much pressure on the patellar tendon. I'm going to give the cho-pat a try. You asked for a review, so there it is. Good thing I'm only out $18.
