Update to my last review (Wednesday, Feb 6).
Once again the Patt Strap does the trick! Went to the Vancouver marathon on May 4. Although I have been running consistently for 2 years without any IT problems, 20k in to the race my IT band starting acting up. For those of you who had IT problems before, you know how intense the pain is! I had the good idea to bring my Patt Strap with me for the race and wore it for the rest of the 22 remaining km. I had pain but I could finish just above 4 hours.
I ordered a new set of straps, I like them better because they seem a bit firmer. I took a break with a bit of physio and I am back running again. Ran 16k yesterday and felt great....no pain!
You do not need to suffer from ITBS anymore, use the Patt Strap and wear it like they say....2 to 3 inches above the knee, keep it tight and you can run! Wonderful product
