Because of a car accident and surgery to my knee I was unable to sustain the milage I needed to be a competative runner. After under going extensive rehab and different therapies I still could not run without intense pain. The pattistrap has enabled me to return to the full range of running before my accident. I would highly recomend it to anyone experiencing knee pain.
