I've had problems with my IT band since high school cross country and track. I went to physical therapists, but all I got were stretches that dulled the pain. I was somewhat skeptical about this strap, because it seemed like such an easy cure, but it works! I'm so excited to be able to run again...every day! I don't mean for this to sound like an advertisement, but the strap was a small price to pay for the relief I found.
