Shipping Times
We offer by default Free Shipping on all orders worldwide. Our free shipping is via US Postal Mail (4-7 Days) to the US and via Air Mail Post over seas (5 –10 days). Most orders will ship from our location the next business day.
Expedited (Aprox. 2-3 Day) shipping is available to US Orders Only at an additional charge per order. If you want the expedited shipping and your order is being shipped within the United States, you should select that shipping option during checkout.
Global Priority International (Aprox. 4/5 Busn. Day )(Outside USA ONLY) shipping is available at an additional charge per order. If you want the expedited shipping and your order is being shipped outside of the United States, you should select that shipping option during checkout.
ALL SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES.. We use the US Postal Service. We can not guarentee any shipping time, however we do our best to pack your order and get it directly to the post office by the next business day for fast delivery.
Expedited shipping Refers to the fact that we will use the US Postal Priority Mail service to ship your items, and does not mean your package will be Delivered in 2/3 days, and that shipping time is 2 to 3 shipping days for US and 4 to 5 shipping days International.
Returns/Exchange Policy
JSWD PattStrap.com offers risk free shopping
to our customers. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased for any reason,
email customer service within 30 days of your purchase to arrange for an exchange,
credit or refund. Please read the text below for more detailed information
about our, and our manufacturer's, policy on returns and exchanges:
No unauthorized returns will be accepted for refund. A return
authorization can be obtained from a JSWD PattStrap.com Customer
Service Representative. (see below)
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from
the original date of purchase.
All returns and exchanges must be received in new
condition, or a restocking/reconditioning fee will
be applied.
Credits for returns are issued only to original purchaser via PayPal.
No cash refunds can be issued for under $10.00.
Credit balance can be applied to future purchases.
